Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toss and Turn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Toss and Turn is a daily art collab app. Each day, you can start a drawing for a stranger to finish, and finish a drawing a stranger started. Once a piece is finished, you can choose to connect with your collaborator and chat, join or create groups with people you know, and browse your own past drawings, organized into categories you name.

3. Account Responsibility and Age

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Toss and Turn is not intended for anyone under 13. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the drawings and messages you create. You grant Toss and Turn a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the app's features — matching, revealing pieces to your collaborator, and displaying chat to both participants in a conversation.

Because Toss and Turn is inherently collaborative, a piece you contribute to is shared with another person by design. If you finish someone else's opening, your contribution becomes part of a combined piece that both of you have a stake in.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Draw or send anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or intended to harass, threaten, or harm another person
• •Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• •Attempt to identify or contact an anonymous collaborator outside the app
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

6. Moderation

You can report a drawing you believe violates these terms, and you can block another user to stop them from contacting you again. New accounts' first two drawings are held for review before they can be matched with anyone else. We may remove content or restrict an account that violates these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Toss and Turn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toss and Turn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including content created by other users.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time directly from the app, which permanently removes your profile and any pieces you started that no one has picked up yet. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Toss and Turn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
